Odchylka od pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 d\u00e9lky \u017eivota je ozna\u010dov\u00e1na jako dlouhov\u011bkost a obvykle jsou do t\u00e9to kategorie \u0159azeni lid\u00e9 star\u0161\u00ed 90 let. \u010cesk\u00fd statistick\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee k\u00a0roku 2014 \u017eilo v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice 51\u00a0000 osob star\u0161\u00edch 90 let.<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017enosti lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla do\u017e\u00edt se vysok\u00e9ho v\u011bku jsou st\u00e1le stejn\u00e9. Se zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se \u017eivotn\u00ed \u00farovn\u00ed se v\u0161ak zv\u011bt\u0161ila pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee se takov\u00e9ho v\u011bku do\u017eijeme. V\u00a0t\u00e9to souvislosti se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 \u00fadaj ozna\u010dovan\u00fd jako st\u0159edn\u00ed d\u00e9lka \u017eivota neboli nad\u011bje do\u017eit\u00ed, kter\u00e1 ud\u00e1v\u00e1, jak\u00e9ho pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho v\u011bku je mo\u017en\u00e9 se do\u017e\u00edt, pokud se nezm\u011bn\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed pom\u011bry ve vym\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnoty jsou zaznamen\u00e1ny v\u00a0Japonsku (\u017eeny 87 let), nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed naopak poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z\u00a0chud\u00fdch zem\u00ed Afriky. V\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice maj\u00ed \u017eeny nad\u011bji do\u017e\u00edt se 81 let a mu\u017ei 75,5 let. Za posledn\u00ed stolet\u00ed se tak u n\u00e1s prodlou\u017eila d\u00e9lka \u017eivota o n\u011bkolik desetilet\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Na d\u00e9lku \u017eivota m\u00e1 vliv velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed faktor\u016f. Uplat\u0148uje se zde zejm\u00e9na \u017eivotn\u00ed styl zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky a m\u00edru fyzick\u00e9 aktivity, d\u00e1le kvalita prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m \u017eijeme a v\u00a0nemal\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed i ekonomick\u00e9 faktory a du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed. D\u00e9lka \u017eivota je v\u0161ak ur\u010dena p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm genetickou v\u00fdbavou jedince. Existuj\u00ed lid\u00e9 s p\u0159edpoklady k\u00a0dlouh\u00e9mu \u017eivotu, stejn\u011b jako jsou na sv\u011bt\u011b i lid\u00e9, u kter\u00fdch nelze p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee se do\u017eij\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9ho v\u011bku i p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edzni ostatn\u00edch podm\u00ednek.<\/p>\n<p>Procesy vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z\u00a0genetick\u00e9ho naprogramov\u00e1n\u00ed jedince p\u016fsob\u00ed na n\u011bkolika \u00farovn\u00edch. Uplat\u0148uj\u00ed se zejm\u00e9na geny \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edc\u00ed se regulace bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho cyklu, bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9ho d\u011blen\u00ed a diferenciace, programovan\u00e9ho st\u00e1rnut\u00ed ale taky kontroln\u00edch mechanizm\u016f t\u011bchto proces\u016f. Bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e1 smrt je vlastn\u011b p\u0159irozen\u00fd, kontrolovan\u00fd mechanizmus ochrany p\u0159ed hromad\u011bn\u00edm mutac\u00ed DNA, kter\u00e9 by mohly m\u00edt pro organizmus fat\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1sledky. Rakovinov\u00e9 bujen\u00ed nen\u00ed v\u00a0podstat\u011b nic jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e, ztr\u00e1ta schopnosti t\u00e9to programovan\u00e9 smrti, n\u00e1sledkem \u010deho\u017e se bu\u0148ka d\u00e1l nekontrolovateln\u011b d\u011bl\u00ed a diferencuje. Za biologick\u00e9 st\u00e1rnut\u00ed jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 koncov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti chromozom\u016f ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 jako telomery. S ka\u017ed\u00fdm d\u011blen\u00edm bu\u0148ky se tyto telomery zkracuj\u00ed. \u010c\u00edm jsou krat\u0161\u00ed, t\u00edm jsme biologicky star\u0161\u00ed. Po ur\u010dit\u00e9m po\u010dtu d\u011blen\u00ed jsou ji\u017e telomery zkr\u00e1ceny natolik, \u017ee ji\u017e dal\u0161\u00ed d\u011blen\u00ed nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9. Na konc\u00edch chromozom\u016f se toti\u017e nach\u00e1z\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 geny a dal\u0161\u00ed d\u011blen\u00ed by je ji\u017e naru\u0161ilo. D\u00e9lka telomer se u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho li\u0161\u00ed ji\u017e p\u0159i narozen\u00ed. V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee na\u0161i dlouhov\u011bkost ur\u010duj\u00ed konce chromozom\u016f. Na d\u00e9lku telomer m\u00e1 vliv tak\u00e9 rizikov\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed, tedy nap\u0159\u00edklad kou\u0159en\u00ed, obezita nebo nedostatek pohybu.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0dlouhov\u011bkost\u00ed ji\u017e byla identifikov\u00e1na cel\u00e1 \u0159ada konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch gen\u016f, kter\u00e9 r\u016fznou a t\u011b\u017eko stanovitelnou m\u00edrou ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed d\u00e9lku \u017eivota. Nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00edm genem je v\u00a0tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b gen APOE, jeho\u017e produkt je zapojen do metabolizmu lipid\u016f. N\u011bkter\u00e9 jeho varianty jsou spojov\u00e1ny s\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm rizikem kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch chorob a s rozvojem Alzheimerovy choroby. V\u00fdznamnou roli hraj\u00ed geny kontroluj\u00edc\u00ed a reguluj\u00edc\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fd cyklus a d\u011blen\u00ed. Pozornost se v\u00a0t\u00e9to kategorii gen\u016f zam\u011b\u0159uje mimo jin\u00e9 na geny MORF4 a ATM. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jsou rovn\u011b\u017e geny, jako je gen Klotho \u010di geny superoxiddismut\u00e1zy, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed chr\u00e1nit organismus p\u0159ed voln\u00fdmi radik\u00e1ly. Pod\u00edl na dlouhov\u011bkosti m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt i genetick\u00e1 informace nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00a0organel\u00e1ch zvan\u00fdch mitochondrie, kter\u00e1 je d\u011bd\u011bna v\u00fdhradn\u011b od matky. Ur\u010dit\u00e1 varianta t\u00e9to genetick\u00e9 informace byla nalezena u Japonc\u016f do\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch se vysok\u00e9ho v\u011bku.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e1rnut\u00ed nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 zastavit, lze se v\u0161ak vyvarovat n\u011bkter\u00fdm vliv\u016fm, kter\u00e9 jeho proces urychluj\u00ed. Opat\u0159en\u00ed spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0prevenci z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch chorob objevuj\u00edc\u00edch se ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Vhodn\u00e9 je upravit j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, aby energetick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem v\u00fdrazn\u011b nep\u0159evy\u0161oval energetick\u00fd v\u00fddej. Strava by m\u011bla b\u00fdt vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1, bohat\u00e1 na vl\u00e1kninu, m\u011bla by zahrnovat dostatek zeleniny a ovoce a co nejm\u00e9n\u011b tuk\u016f a cukr\u016f. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd se chce do\u017e\u00edt vysok\u00e9ho v\u011bku, by m\u011bl m\u00edt dostatek pohybov\u00fdch aktivit. Samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed je vyvarov\u00e1n\u00ed se kou\u0159en\u00ed a konzumaci alkoholu. Proto\u017ee i stres m\u00e1 neblah\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na organismus, je rovn\u011b\u017e d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 sna\u017eit se zajistit si du\u0161evn\u00ed pohodu.
