Silvia Ill\u00fdov\u00e1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Absolventka in\u017een\u00fdrsk\u00e9ho studijn\u00edho programu Lidsk\u00e1 v\u00fd\u017eiva na SPU Nitra, kter\u00fd krom\u011b problematiky fungov\u00e1n\u00ed lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla a racion\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivy zahrnuje i t\u00e9mata z\u00a0oblasti hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho chovu, rostlinn\u00e9 v\u00fdroby a potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch technologi\u00ed. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eV dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b jsme v\u00a0oblasti v\u00fd\u017eivy i \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu zavaleni mnohdy\u00a0rozporupln\u00fdmi informacemi a trendy, a\u00a0tak je velice t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 se orientovat v tom, co je vlastn\u011b spr\u00e1vn\u011b, co je opravdu zdrav\u00e9, a\u00a0\u010d\u00edm si jako jednotlivec m\u016f\u017eu naopak u\u0161kodit.
