Nejbohat\u0161\u00ed mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed spole\u010denstva existuj\u00ed ve st\u0159evech. St\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiota n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uje mimo jin\u00e9 p\u0159ij\u00edmat jinak nedostupn\u00e9 \u017eiviny, pod\u00edl\u00ed se na v\u00fdvoji a modulaci imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a ochran\u011b p\u0159ed patogeny. \u0158ada studi\u00ed vyvr\u00e1tila star\u00fd n\u00e1zor o tom, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b je p\u0159ed porodem steriln\u00ed. D\u011bti jsou kolonizov\u00e1ny mikroorganismy ji\u017e d\u011bloze. Mikroorganismy, kter\u00e9 os\u00eddluj\u00ed plod p\u0159ed porodem, jsou mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b po\u010detn\u00e9 a v\u00fdrazn\u011b se li\u0161\u00ed od mikroorganism\u016f, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s os\u00eddluj\u00ed v\u00a0dosp\u011blosti. Kolonizace d\u00edt\u011bte po porodu nov\u00fdmi druhy mikroorganism\u016f je d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fdvoje a p\u0159edpoklad pro zdrav\u00fd \u017eivot. Dlouhodob\u011b se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, a je \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm zdrojem mikroorganism\u016f kolonizuj\u00edc\u00edch d\u00edt\u011b je jeho matka. Nov\u00e1 studie se zam\u011b\u0159ila na 25 p\u00e1r\u016f matek a d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00fdm pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b odeb\u00edr\u00e1ny biologick\u00e9 vzorky pro studium genetick\u00e9 variability mikrobioty od narozen\u00ed do v\u011bku 4 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. C\u00edlem bylo zjistit na kolik je mikrobiota matky zdrojem kolonizace st\u0159ev d\u00edt\u011bte symbiotick\u00fdmi mikroorganismy. Od p\u0159edchoz\u00edch studi\u00ed se nov\u00e1 studie li\u0161\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee pou\u017eila postupy, v\u00fdrazn\u011b zvy\u0161uj\u00ed rozli\u0161en\u00ed genetick\u00e9 variability. V\u011bt\u0161ina bakteri\u00ed byla ur\u010dena a\u017e na \u00farove\u0148 kmene. P\u0159edchoz\u00ed studie se dostaly obvykle nejv\u00fd\u0161e na \u00farove\u0148 druhu. Bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed druhy se \u010dasto skl\u00e1daj\u00ed z\u00a0\u0159ady kmen\u016f z\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdmi specializacemi, kdy nap\u0159\u00edklad jen n\u011bkter\u00e9 kmeny stejn\u00e9ho druhu dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt v\u00a0tlust\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b. V\u00a0nov\u00e9 studii tak bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 sledovat, kter\u00e9 kmeny konkr\u00e9tn\u011b byly z\u00edsk\u00e1ny od matek. V\u011bdci odeb\u00edraly v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dty\u0159 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f vzorky stolice d\u011bt\u00ed, jako vzorek mikrobioty tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva a st\u011bry z\u00a0jazyka jako vzorek or\u00e1ln\u00edho mikrobiomu. Od matek byly krom st\u011br\u016f jazyka a vzork\u016f stolice odeb\u00edr\u00e1ny i vzorky st\u011br\u016f z\u00a0k\u016f\u017ee mezi prsy, st\u011bry z\u00a0po\u0161evn\u00edho vchodu a vzorky mate\u0159sk\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka.<\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm studie bylo pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed obrovsk\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 diverzita mikrobioty novorozenc\u016f prvn\u00ed den po porodu, na \u00farovni druh\u016f i kmen\u016f. Tato vysok\u00e1 diverzita n\u00e1sledn\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b kles\u00e1 b\u011bhem prvn\u00edho t\u00fddne a n\u00e1sledn\u011b se zvy\u0161uje v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu n\u00e1sledujc\u00edc\u00edh \u010dty\u0159 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, a pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b i d\u00e9le, ale ve \u010dty\u0159ech m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch studie skon\u010dila. Vysok\u00e1 diverzita po porodu odpov\u00edd\u00e1 tomu, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b je st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b kolonizov\u00e1no druhy z\u00a0d\u011blohy, kter\u00e9 jsou p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b anaerobn\u00ed a tato variabilita je roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ena o spoustu dal\u0161\u00edch bakteri\u00e1ln\u00edch kmen\u016f, kter\u00e9 se z\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch zdroj\u016f dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed do jen \u0159\u00eddce os\u00eddlen\u00fdch st\u0159ev novorozence. N\u00e1sledn\u00fd pokles odpov\u00edd\u00e1 postupn\u00e9mu vymizen\u00ed anaerobn\u00edch druh\u016f a z\u00e1rove\u0148 i vyt\u011bs\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161iny n\u00e1hodn\u00fdch koloniz\u00e1tor\u016f symbiotick\u00fdmi kmeny l\u00e9pe p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00fdmi podm\u00ednk\u00e1m st\u0159ev.<\/p>\n<p>Na to navazuje druh\u00e9 hlavn\u00ed zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a to je, \u017ee nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161anci se uchytit ve st\u0159evech d\u00edt\u011bte maj\u00ed bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed kmeny ze st\u0159ev matky. 70,5 % bakteri\u00e1ln\u00edch kmen\u016f matek, kter\u00e9 kolonizovaly jejich d\u011bti, z\u016fstaly trvalou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed mikrobioty po celou dobu sledov\u00e1n\u00ed. U bakteri\u00ed z\u00a0jin\u00fdch zdroj\u016f se udr\u017eelo jen 27 % kmen\u016f. Kolonizace st\u0159ev prob\u00edh\u00e1 or\u00e1ln\u00ed cestou, co\u017e odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed i v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed po\u010det sd\u00edlen\u00fdch kmen\u016f mezi or\u00e1ln\u00ed a st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiotou ne\u017e kolik bylo pozorov\u00e1no u jejich matek, kter\u00e9 u\u017e maj\u00ed mikrobiotu zformovanou. V\u00a0or\u00e1ln\u00edm i st\u0159evn\u00edm mikrobiomu byly nalezen\u00e9 i kmeny bifidobakteri\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se vyskytuj\u00ed v\u00a0mate\u0159sk\u00e9m ml\u00e9ku. To dokazuje, \u017ee mate\u0159sk\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko hraje roli ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m pr\u016fb\u011bhu os\u00eddlov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011btsk\u00fdch st\u0159ev symbiotick\u00fdmi mikroorganismy.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 studie potvrdila v\u00fdznam, jak\u00fd hraje vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159enos mikroorganism\u016f z\u00a0matky na d\u00edt\u011b ve v\u00fdvoji zdrav\u00e9 d\u011btsk\u00e9 mikrobioty.
