Zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd sp\u00e1nek by m\u011bl trvat 7\u20138 hodin denn\u011b. Insomnie, chr\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di nadm\u011brn\u00e1 denn\u00ed spavost jsou ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Srde\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edhody postihuj\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e 26 mili\u00f3n\u016f lid\u00ed a bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9 poruchy a \u0161patn\u00e9 spac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky jsou faktory, kter\u00e9 k\u00a0tomu p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Studie, ve kter\u00e9 v\u011bdci zkoumali sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9 vzorce i kvalitu sp\u00e1nku (insomnii, chr\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed, zda je \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk rann\u00ed pt\u00e1\u010de \u010di no\u010dn\u00ed sova, nebo zda us\u00edn\u00e1 i v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne) se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 408 802 osob ve v\u011bku 37\u201373 let. Z\u00e1znamy byly vedeny po dobu 10 let. Medi\u00e1n v\u00fdskytu srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dinil 5 222 p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci byli rozd\u011bleni do skupin. U \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f se zdrav\u00fdm sp\u00e1nkem (7\u20138 h denn\u011b) bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno o 42 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed ne\u017e u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed vykazovali hor\u0161\u00ed kvalitu sp\u00e1nku. V\u011bdci bylo tak\u00e9 zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdskytu srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 vliv i to, pokud je \u010dlov\u011bk rann\u00ed pt\u00e1\u010de (8% sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdskytu srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed), netrp\u00ed insomni\u00ed (17% sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed) a nadm\u011brnou spavost\u00ed b\u011bhem dne (34% sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdskytu srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed).<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00edskan\u00e1 data byla hodnocena ve\u00a0V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9m centru obesity na Univerzit\u011b Tulan v\u00a0New Orleans dle zde vytvo\u0159en\u00fdch krit\u00e9ri\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ing.
