Tento objev by mohl b\u00fdt pou\u017eit k v\u00fdvoji nov\u00e9 generace antivirov\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Enzymy jsou p\u0159irozen\u011b se vyskytuj\u00edc\u00ed biologick\u00e9 katalyz\u00e1tory, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed chemick\u00e9 p\u0159em\u011bny pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro fungov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161eho t\u011bla. N\u011bkter\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy enzym\u016f jsou schopny zac\u00edlit na specifick\u00e9 sekvence molekul RNA a p\u0159esn\u011b je \u0161t\u011bpit. V roce 2014 byly vytvo\u0159eny XNAzymy \u2013 jin\u00fdmi slovy syntetick\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 alternativy RNA a DNA, kter\u00e9 se v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b nenach\u00e1zej\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se tak o prvn\u00ed, zcela um\u011bl\u00e9 enzymy na sv\u011bt\u011b. Tyto enzymy mohou b\u00fdt naprogramov\u00e1ny tak, aby \u00fato\u010dily pouze na zmutovan\u00e9 molekuly RNA pod\u00edlej\u00edc\u00ed se na rakovin\u011b a jin\u00fdch z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00edch. V\u00a0ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 studii byly v\u00fdsledky tohoto v\u00fdzkumu vyu\u017eity i ke zne\u0161kodn\u011bn\u00ed viru SARS-CoV-2.<\/p>\n<p>Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, XNAzymy funguj\u00ed jako \u201emolekul\u00e1rn\u00ed n\u016f\u017eky\u201c, kter\u00e9 lze naprogramovat k rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed sekvence RNA, kterou pak vyst\u0159ihnou a zlikviduj\u00ed. V\u011bdci za\u010dali skenovat a hledat sekvence, na kter\u00e9 by XNAzymy mohly za\u00fato\u010dit. Katalytick\u00e9 j\u00e1dro XNAzym\u016f je nem\u011bnn\u00e9, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje vytvo\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00fdch XNAzym\u016f za mnohem krat\u0161\u00ed dobu, ne\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u011b vy\u017eaduje v\u00fdvoj antivirov\u00fdch l\u00e9k\u016f. Pr\u00e1ci s t\u00edmto nov\u00fdm terapeutick\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem v\u011bdci sami obrazn\u011b p\u0159irovn\u00e1vaj\u00ed k pr\u00e1ci s n\u016f\u017ekami, jejich\u017e celkov\u00fd design z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 stejn\u00fd, ale m\u016f\u017eete m\u011bnit \u010depele nebo rukojeti v z\u00e1vislosti na materi\u00e1lu, kter\u00fd chcete st\u0159\u00edhat.<\/p>\n<p>Proto\u017ee je p\u016fsoben\u00ed XNAzym\u016f vysoce specifick\u00e9, nem\u011blo by m\u00edt vedlej\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky typu nap\u0159. jatern\u00ed toxicity, jako je tomu p\u0159i nasazen\u00ed podobn\u00fdch, m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159esn\u011b c\u00edlen\u00fdch molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch terapeutik.<\/p>\n<p>SARS-CoV-2 m\u00e1 schopnost se vyv\u00edjet a m\u011bnit sv\u016fj genetick\u00fd k\u00f3d, co\u017e vede k nov\u00fdm variant\u00e1m viru, proti kter\u00fdm jsou st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed vakc\u00edny m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9. S\u00a0t\u00edmto si v\u0161ak dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed modifikovan\u00e9 XNAzymy poradit. XNAzymy by mohly b\u00fdt potenci\u00e1ln\u011b pod\u00e1v\u00e1ny jako prevence \u010di l\u00e9\u010dba ji\u017e prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed infekce vyvolan\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00fdmi mutacemi tohoto viru, obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b u pacient\u016f s\u00a0oslaben\u00fdm imunitn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci budou XNAzymy i nad\u00e1le vylep\u0161ovat, maj\u00ed b\u00fdt je\u0161t\u011b specifi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a robustn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a celkov\u011b \u201enepr\u016fst\u0159eln\u00e9,\u201c z\u016fst\u00e1vat v t\u011ble d\u00e9le a fungovat je\u0161t\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bji i v men\u0161\u00edch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>Ing.
